Setting your health priorities and goals
Choose what matters and set goals
Your priorities and goals tell your care team what's most important to you, so your work together stays focused on what you want.
Choosing your health priorities
Health priorities are the areas you most want to focus on to improve your overall wellbeing. On the Select Health Priorities screen you can choose up to three that feel most important to you right now, then save.
Tap the star to choose up to three priorities. Each shows your current rating and trend so you can pick what matters most.
Creating goals
Goals are personal things you want to work towards. Your goals live under the Goals tab, where you can see your active ones, track your progress, and add a new goal with the plus button.
The Goals tab shows your active goals with a progress bar. Add a new one with the plus button, or switch to “Archived” to see finished goals.
When you create a goal, you give it a name and an optional end date, describe what you want to achieve, and choose whether to work on it “On my own” or “With my clinician.” You can break it into smaller actions to tick off as you go.
TipYou can start from one of Innowell's templates, like “Have Better Sleep” or “Make Exercise a Habit,” or create your own from scratch.
Updating them over time
Your priorities and goals can change — update them whenever they do, so your care team always knows what matters to you now.
TipThere's no right answer. Even a small, specific goal is a good place to start, and it's worth talking your goals through with your clinician.
