Finding your way around
What Innowell is, your dashboard, and signing in
Innowell is a secure online space you and your care team use together to see how you're doing and focus on what matters to you.
What Innowell is
Innowell is here to support you between appointments. It gives your clinician a clearer picture of how you've been doing, so your time together can focus on what matters most to you. With Innowell, you can:
- Complete assessments whenever it suits you — before, during, or between sessions.
- Track your progress over time and see how things are changing.
- Set your own goals and choose what you want to work on.
- Find support and resources whenever you need them.
Your dashboard
The home tab greets you by name and shows your Health Snapshot. “Update” starts a fresh assessment; the icons along the bottom move between home, goals, results and profile.

Understanding your Health Snapshot: the Fast Five
Your Health Snapshot is built around five core areas of life, known as the Fast Five: Overall Health, Mental Health, Everyday Function, Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviours, and Social Connectedness.
Each time you complete an assessment, your answers feed into one or more of these five areas. Rather than showing you every individual question and score, the Snapshot turns each domain into a single line on a scale from Unhealthy to Healthy, so you can see how things are tracking over time at a glance.
This gives you and your clinician a quick, shared picture of where things are going well and where it might help to focus — without having to dig through every individual measure to find it.
Signing in next time
After you've set up your account, sign in any time with your email and password. The sign-in screen also has links for “Forgot password?” and “Create account.” If you set up a PIN or biometric login, you can use that for a quicker sign-in.
Sign in with your email and password. “Forgot password?” resets it; “Create account” is for setting up with an invite code.
Getting help
TipYou don't have to do it alone — you can ask your clinician to walk through Innowell with you, and complete assessments together if that feels easier.
If you ever need help urgently, Innowell always gives you a way to reach support. On the home tab, the “Need assistance immediately?” card opens an Immediate Help page with national health access lines that provide 24/7 support.
