What happens when you're discharged
When your care with a service comes to an end, you'll be discharged from that service. Here's what that means for you, and what stays with you.
What discharge means
Being discharged means you've finished working with that particular service. Your clinician will usually talk this through with you as part of wrapping up your care together.
You keep your access
Discharge removes you from the service's active list, but your own Innowell account stays yours. You keep access to your information, your goals, and your history.
Good to knowYour data remains yours. Being discharged from a service doesn't delete your account or your progress.
If you need support again
If you need to return to care in future, your service can guide you on the next steps. And at any time, the "I need help now" button shows national health access lines that provide 24/7 support.
