Key terms
- Fast Five: the five wellbeing areas Innowell tracks: Overall Health, Mental Health, Everyday Function, Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviours, and Social Connectedness.
- Health Snapshot: a picture of a client's Fast Five, shown either as dials (a current snapshot) or as a graph over time.
- Dials: gauge-style views of each Fast Five area, shown before there are enough assessments for a graph.
- Health cards: the cards on a client's profile showing each domain's latest result, fact sheets and care options.
- Health priorities: the areas a client chooses to focus on, each holding relevant care options.
- Care options: suggested resources or actions within a priority, filtered by Self Care or Work with Clinician.
- Summary assessment: a short follow-up assessment covering the Fast Five, used to keep the picture current.
- Initial questionnaire: the longer assessment completed at the start to capture a baseline.
- Stratified score: a first-glance summary of a client's clinical needs from the initial questionnaire.
- STB: Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviours, one of the Fast Five areas and the basis of the STB notification.
- STB flag (red triangle): a signal beside a client's name showing an active STB flag from their assessment responses.
- "I need help" icon (megaphone): a signal beside a client's name showing they've pressed the "I need help" button. Visible to clinicians and lead clinicians for 48 hours.
- STB notification: how Innowell highlights, tracks and escalates a response that may need timely attention.
- Event: a dated note a clinician adds to capture recent, relevant context.
- Support person: someone a client invites to give input by completing a short questionnaire; they never see the client's data.
- Champion: often a lead clinician, the person who supports and helps their team adopt Innowell.
- Discharge: ends a client's care with your service. The client keeps their own Innowell account and history.
- Remove: takes an individual off the service list, as a distinct state from Discharge. Available to admins and managers.
- Revoke: withdraws a staff member's access (managers, from the Employees tab).
- Hamburger menu: the three-line menu icon that opens navigation or settings.
- Three-dots menu: the menu of actions (the three vertical dots) on a client's row or profile.
