How Innowell helps you and your clinician work together

Innowell is something you and your clinician use together. This explains the kinds of things they can help you with through the platform, so you know what's on offer.

A shared picture

When you complete assessments, you and your clinician see the same picture of how you're doing. That means your time together can focus on what matters to you, instead of starting from scratch each time.

If you're invited before you're matched with a clinician

Sometimes you'll be invited to Innowell at intake, before you've been matched with a clinician. If that's the case, you can still get started and begin exploring self-care options and resources straight away. Once you're matched, your clinician will pick up the shared picture with you from there.

Help getting set up

Your clinician can help you get started, walk through the platform with you, and complete your first assessment together if that feels easier.

Working on what matters to you

  • Setting priorities and goals: your clinician can help you choose what to focus on and set goals that suit you.
  • Exploring care options: you can look at options together and build a care plan that works for you.
  • Involving a support person: if you'd like, you can invite someone to support you.

It's your space too

Between sessions, Innowell is yours to use: check in on how you're doing, update your goals, and find resources whenever you need them.

TipThere's no right way to use Innowell. A good place to start is to ask your care provider how they'd like to use it with you.
