Invite a new client to Innowell
NoteInviting a client is the first step in onboarding. The invite sends the initial questionnaire and gets them set up.
Send an invitation
Use the Invite Individual button (top-right of the Individuals tab) to invite a new client.
A simple invite flow gets the client set up quickly, so you can begin from a shared picture from the very first session.
Support them to get started
Where possible, send the invite during the session and help the client accept it, complete the set-up questions, and begin the assessment, if appropriate.
TipCompleting the first assessment together is the single best way to build a client's confidence with Innowell.
