The practice underneath it
Measurement-based care, in plain terms
Measurement-based care means asking a client how they are going using the same validated questions each time, then using those answers in the session rather than filing them.
It is well-established practice. What has been hard is the admin around it: sending the questionnaire, scoring it, keeping it somewhere you can actually see change over time.
The platform is built on research from the University of Sydney's Brain and Mind Centre, with more than 50 peer-reviewed studies behind it.
Before the session
Your client completes a short questionnaire on their phone. No printing, no scoring by hand.
In the room
Results appear on a dashboard you can both look at, so the conversation starts from where the client actually is.
Over a course of care
Change is tracked session to session, so a plateau shows up early instead of at review. The clinical judgement stays yours.
Innowell is a clinical support tool. It is non-diagnostic and does not replace professional clinical judgement.
Pricing
The discount, explained plainly
Standard pricing is $100 per user per month. Here is what an ACPA member pays, and when.
Both discounts apply to recurring per-user-per-month subscription fees only. They do not apply to set-up, implementation, onboarding, training or optional add-on modules, including AI Overview. Discounts do not stack with any other discount, tier or promotional pricing. All prices in AUD. The terms of any subscription are governed by your own agreement with Innowell.
Member pricing is available while the Innowell–ACPA partnership is current.
