Managing your account and getting unstuck
Update your details, log in, and solve common problems
A few practical things that help you stay set up: updating your details, logging in, and getting unstuck if something isn't working.
Updating your personal details
Open the Profile tab, then Account Settings, to keep your information current. You can update your preferred name, contact details (including a mobile number for SMS notifications), and personal details like your date of birth, suburb and language. Your details are yours to keep current.
The Profile tab is your hub: Account Settings, Health History, Add Support Person, security options, and Resources all live here.

Logging in
Log in with the password you set during account creation. To sign in faster, you can turn on PIN login or biometric login from the security section of your Profile. You set your account up once with your invite code; after that, the code is no longer needed.
Common problems
- Can't find your invitation: check your spam or junk folder. Your service can resend it if needed.
- Your invite code won't work: it's one-time use, so if your account is already set up, log in with your password instead.
- Forgot your password: select "forgot password" on the sign-in screen, enter your email, and you'll be sent a reset link.
- Not sure where to log in: your clinician or service contact can point you to the app.
