Supporting clients who are waiting to be matched with a clinician
How Innowell can support visibility and follow-up for clients awaiting allocation.
NoteSome services support a group of clients who are waiting to be matched with a clinician, and use Innowell assessments to make sure those who would benefit most are seen first.
Clients awaiting allocation
Clients who are waiting to be matched can still be visible in Innowell. Their initial assessment, sent on invitation, can help provide an early picture of their needs and indicate where follow-up may be needed sooner.
Prioritise by latest activity
Filter the Individuals tab by latest activity to bring recent updates and risk-related activity into view. This can help clinicians and leads notice clients who may need timely follow-up.

ImportantSTB notifications are still raised for unassigned clients. They do not appear in an individual clinician's Assigned to me list, but lead clinicians and managers can see them. Always follow your service's risk protocol.
Assign to a clinician
When a clinician becomes available, the client can be assigned in line with your service's usual allocation process. Their initial assessment can help provide context about their needs, while clinical judgement, clinician availability and service capacity guide the allocation.
